Nappa Cabage Chicken & Tofu...![]() Bites Of Asia Yield: 3 Servings Ingredients: 1/2 lb Chinese Tofu (cut into 1 inch cubes) 1/2 lb Bok Choy(cut into bite size pieces) 1/4 lb Chicken (cut into small pieces) 2 tbsp Chili chicken marinate (availabel in Asian markets) 2 Garlic large clove (minced) 1 tb Sugar 1/2 ts Salt 2 tbsps Vegetable oil 2 tb Fish sauce 1/4 cup chicken stock 1 tsp Corn starch mix with 1/4 cup of water Preparation: 2. Using a saucepan or wok, bring two tbsps cooking oil to hot. Add 1 clove of crushed garlic and fried for 20 seconds. Add chicken and sauté on medium heat for 3 minutes or until cooked. Add tofu and cook for 2 minutes. 3. Then add bok choy, cover and cook for 45 seconds. Add chicken stock, fish sauce and stir for 30 seconds. Slowly stir in cornstarch mix and slowly mix till sauce thicken. Turn off heat and serve with steam rice. |
