Stewed Spareribs with Tomato
Sauce (Yield: 4 Servings) Ingredients: 2/3 lb spare ribs chop into pieces 2/3 lb potatoes 1 small onion, cut into pieces 1 tsp minced garlic ---Seasoning--- ---Thickening--- Preparation: 2. Wash and wipe spare ribs. Mix with 1 tsp of dark soy sauce. 3. Heat up 2 tbsp of oil in saucepan, tilt to coat with oil thoroughly. Sauté potatoes until slightly golden. Dish. 4. Put onion, garlic and spare ribs in saucepan and sauté until slightly golden. Then sizzle 1/2 tbsp of wine. Add seasoning and bring to boil. Then simmer over low heat for 15 minutes. Add in potatoes. Stir well with chopsticks. Stew for further 15 minutes until spare ribs and potatoes are tender. Pour in thickening. Dish up. |
