Beef Donbury

Ingredients:
1 medium onion, sliced thin
300 g sukiyaki beef slices cut into 1 inch lengths
cooked rice (2 - 3 cups)

---Broth---
2 cups dashi broth
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons Mirin

Preparation:
1. Heat the broth ingredients in a large saucepan. Add the onion and cook over medium heat until tender. It usually takes about 2 minutes.

2. Add the beef and cook for a few minutes.

You serve beef portion over the rice.
