Shrimp
& Lime Beans...

1/2 lb (200g) Shrimp (Shelled and deveined)
1/4 tsp Salt
1 tsps Sake
2/3 lb Lime beans
3 tbsps Green onion (chopped)
1/2 inch Ginger (minced)
2 tbsps Cooking oil
-----Sauce-------
1 cup Milk
1 tbsp Sake
1 tbsp Cornstarch
1 square piece of chicken or beef soup base
Preparation:
1. Peel and Devein the shrimp. Sprinkle
the shrimp with 1 tsp of sake and 1/4 tsp of salt. Peel of the shell of lime beans (both
the hard and soft shells). Chop up the onion and mince the ginger.
2. In a bowl, prepare mix spice sauce by
mixing all the sauce ingredients and set aside. In a frying pan, heat 2 tbsps of oil and
cook lime beans on high heat until the color brightens. Then add shrimp, minced ginger,
and green onion.
3. Once the shrimp color changes, add mixed
spice sauce and bring to boil once. Serve |
