Ingredietns:
4  Large Eggs
2 1/3 lb Ground Beef
1 cup Bread Crumb
3 tbsps Milk
1 small Onion
1 medium Egg
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1 tbsp Cooking oil
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
12 small Potatoes
3 tbsps Butter
----Sauce----
2 tbsps Ketchup
2 tbsps Olive oil
1 tsp Lemon juice

Preparation:
1. In a pan, boil eggs  for 12 minutes.  Drain, peel shell off and set aside.   In a bowl, mix bread crumb and milk.  Mince onion and cook  with 1 tbsp of cooking oil for 3-4 minutes.

2.  In a bowl, combine ground beef, 1 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper, 1/4 tsp nutmeg, 1 medium raw egg, bread crumb & milk mixture, and cooked onion.  Mix well until feels sticky.

3. On a plastic wrap,  place mixture in procedure 2 and sprinkle flour on the cooked eggs and line them up on the beef mixture.  Roll mixture so that the beef mixture wrap around the cooked eggs (see picture).

4. Shape the loaf.  line a cook pan with aluminum foil and spray aluminum foil with cooking spray to prevent sticking.  Place loaf   and potatoes on aluminum foil.  Place 3 tbsps of butter on the potatoes and season with salt and pepper for taste.  Bake at 400 deg. F for 20 minutes.

5. Prepare sauce by mixing ketchup, olive oil, and lemon juice.  When beef loaf is cooked, take out of oven and cut up loaf into 8 pieces.   Serve with sauce.
