Cabbage Ramen Noodle Salad

Ingredietns:
2 Tbsp toasted sesame seed
2 green onions chopped (tops and all)
2 Tbsp toasted slivered almonds
½ head cabbage, thinly sliced
½ pkg. Top Ramen noodles, uncooked, crunched up
Dressing:
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. salad oil
3 Tbsp. vinegar (I use rice vinegar)
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
seasoning pkg. from Top Ramen

Preparation:
1. Mix sesame seed, slivered almonds, cabbage and onions. Add dressing (refrigerate a few minutes before).

2. Add dry Top Ramen at last minute, just before serving. May add cooked, chopped chicken or shrimp for variety.
