Bamboo Shoot & Shrimp...![]() Bites Of Asia (Yield: 3 Servings) Ingredietns: Preparation: 2. Mix in bamboo shoot, shrimp, 1/3 tsp salt, soy sauce, sugar, and sake and mix well 3. Cut off the bottom part of asparagus then cut asparagus into half. In a deep fry pan, heat oil to 175 deg. C. Using a spoon, scoop a spoon full of mixture and carefully place in the hot oil to fry. Fry for 2-3 minutes. Remove and place on paper towel to drain oil. 4. On a frying pan, fry green asparagus and sprinkle with 1/4 tsp of salt. Garnish with lemon and serve. |
