Ingredient:
2/3 lb (300g) Cabbage (cut into thin slices)
2 Oz  (60g)    Spaghetti
1/2                 Onion
2 Oz (50g)    Ham
2 Oz (50g)    Processed cheese (Velveta)
1 tbsp           Chinese mint (which ever you like)
2-3 tbsps      French dressing
2-3 tbsps      Mayonnaise
2-3 tbsps      Plain yogurt
4 Each         Ripe strawberry (cut in half)
1/2 tsp         Salt

Preparation:
1. Slice onion into thin slices then place on dry clothe.  Fold the clothe and massage onion until soft.  Dry then place onion in a bowl and sprinkle with 1/4 tsp salt.  Flavor with French dressing.

2. In hot water with 1/4 tsp of salt, cook spaghetti per direction on package.  When cooked, remove from hot water.  While the spaghetti is still hot, mix into onion. 

3.  Mix cabbage, ham, cheese in a bowl.  Chop mint into small pieces.  Add mayonnaise, yogurt, and flavor with salt and pepper to your taste.  Garnish with strawberry and serve.
